Lymphatic Draining Class Series

Thursdays beginning April 17th, 12:30-2:00pm PST every 2 weeks

Learn why you want a fully-functioning lymphatic system, and how to help that happen through hands-on techniques, breath work, movement and herbal support. In these classes, we will cover:

  • basic anatomy

  • how to listen to your lymph

  • how to create daily habits that support the flow and function of your lymphatic system

  • no prerequisites to participate

Thursdays 12:30-2:00pm PST every 2 weeks:

6 in-person spots at the El Sobrante location, and up to 10 zoom spots available

Tuition:

$120/class session or $440 when you sign up for the whole series and pay in full.

$25/class session or $50/series Non-Refundable Deposit holds your spot.

  • Session 1: Lymph Support for Immune Health

Thursday, April 17th, 2025 12:30-2:00pm       

In this class we will learn several hands on techniques for self massage and for use with your children/loved ones. Want to know what to do to help get that nagging cough to go away? This is the class for you.

  • Session 2: Lymph Love - Maintenance Flow

    Thursday, May 1st, 2025 12:30-2:00pm  

    Gain an understanding of your anatomy, several techniques to improve your baseline lymph flow, and create a self love routine through enjoying your lymph moving techniques.

    • We will cover dry brushing in this session. Dry brushes similar to THIS SET can be purchased from many retail stores and websites. Look for a natural fiber brush.

  • Session 3: Lymph and Organ Support

    Thursday, May 15th, 2025 12:30-2:00pm 

    Deepen your study of lymphatic system drainage to include organs such as the spleen, kidneys, lungs, and liver. Create a habit of self-care and hold authority for your health.

  • Session 4: Facial Lymphatic Drainage

    Thursday, May 29th, 2025 12:30-2:00pm 

    • All class participants will need to provide their own Guasha Tool to use in class. 1 is required, but 2 is highly recommended so that you can use 2 hands to treat both sides of your face at the same time.

    • After much trial and error and breaking a few tools, Janae recommends this metal version in this Amazon link.

Each class session is held in a supportive container during the session by Janae.
