ARCHIVED Intro to Herbal Allies Series

Fridays 5/3 & 5/17, 2024 - 12-2pm PST

Do you wish someone would walk you through the beginning steps of becoming familiar with plant allies for the home?

Do you want to grow, understand, and prepare simple herbal remedies yourself but you don’t know where to start?

In this class you will meet a handful of the most commonly used Western herbs that also grow readily in home settings in the Bay Area, and learn how and when to prepare them for home use.

This series is for:

  • People who never thought they were “plant people” and “plant people” who want to start with herbal medicines.

  • People who want to grow a respectful and ceremonial relationship with the spirit of the plants.

  • Anyone who enjoys herbal teas and remedies and thinks, hey I wonder if I could just make that?!

  • No prerequisites.

Experience a Ceremonial Container to Learn Herbal Remedies.

2 part series can be taken individually.

In person and zoom options.

Each session includes a take-home of herbs or salve.

(Mutual arrangements would need to be made for the take-home portion if you are doing the class via zoom.)
